It is with great enthusiasm and gratitude that I present the first Course in Retreat of Cosmic Healing with Sacred Chants in Portugal, which will take place from May 2 to May 7 at Lago Azul Villas, in Ferreira do Zêzere – a magical location surrounded by nature and filled with naturally transformative energy.

This immersive course takes participants on a profound journey of healing, self-discovery, and voice activation as a transformational tool.
Over six days, we will explore the practices of Cosmic Healing with Sacred Chants, combining vibrational techniques and meditative chants to promote energy balance and expanded awareness.

Module 1: Fundamentals of Cosmic Healing with Sacred Chants

Duration: 9 hours (3 days) → 3 hours per day

Chapter 1: Introduction to Sound Healing and Sacred Chants

  • Objective: Introduce the basic principles of sound healing and the history of sacred chants.
  • Content:
    • The history and origin of sacred chants.
    • Introduction to ancestral instruments: Tibetan bowls, Tibetan bells, shruti box.
    • The power of the human voice as a healing tool.
    • Introduction to mantras and their spiritual significance.

Chapter 2: The Science of Sound and Its Applications in Healing

  • Objective: Understand how sound affects the mind, body, and spirit.
  • Content:
    • Sound frequencies and their effects on the human body.
    • Vibrations and resonance: how sound interacts with energy.
    • Case studies on the proven benefits of sound healing.
    • The concept of brain waves and induction of meditative states.

Chapter 3: Self-Healing and Protection Tools

  • Objective: Provide practical tools for self-healing and energetic protection.
  • Content:
    • Techniques for self-knowledge and self-healing.

Transportation to Lago Azul Villas is not included in the course price.

  • The course will be taught in Portuguese, French, and English, depending on the number of participants and their needs.


Cancellation Policy

This retreat course requires advance planning and has limited spots, ensuring an intimate and transformative experience for all participants.

For this reason, and to maintain proper organization, cancellations will only be accepted until April 15, with a 50% refund of the amount paid.

After this date, refunds or registration transfers will not be possible, as resources will have already been allocated for the event.
